For our "Motion, Power & Sensing" division site based in Fribourg, we are currently looking for a Import/Export Specialist The role As an Import/Export Specialist, you will handle international and national shipments to support on-time customer deliveries, optimize transportation costs, and participate in the company's operational SQDIP objectives. Your main responsibilities are as follows: Processing delivery notes and invoices for international and national shipments Organizing transportation according to internal instructions, customer requirements, and applicable Incoterms Creating AWB shipping manifests and establishing preferential and non-preferential certificates of origin Preparing ATA carnets Processing invoices related to the activity Managing and tracking supplier returns Contributing to the update of export procedures and participating in continuous improvement projects related to the activity Your profile CFC commercial employee or equivalent training Min 5 years of experience in a similar position in an international environment Knowledge of customs procedures, export regulations, and customs code allocation Very good knowledge of applicable Incoterms for road and air transport Knowledge of import is an asset Knowledge of SAP, MS Office, and ideally GTS Good communication and team skills Flexibility and organization, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Rigor, proactivity, and perseverance Autonomy and customer orientation Current French with good knowledge of English If you wish to take on this challenge within an international company that offers development opportunities, please apply (CV, cover letter, references, and diplomas) through our website.
