To strengthen the existing team in the western Central Plateau region, we are looking for a plant or machine operator (4-shift model) 100% as soon as possible. Your tasks As a machine professional: You operate and control the production machines according to the corresponding specifications. In doing so, you keep an eye on the entire production process and ensure a smooth operation of the assigned plant. As a coordinator: You lead the shift report and are the central point of contact for disruptions and defects. Your responsibility also includes carrying out process-defined settings on the machines. As a supporter: You are a valuable part of the team in setup processes and in preparing work. Additionally, you continuously monitor and optimize production processes to increase efficiency. As a quality assurance specialist: You independently carry out quality controls and, if necessary, make the necessary corrections to ensure that high quality standards are met. Your profile Education and experience: You have completed mechanical or technical training, e.g. as a plant operator, mechanic, locksmith or sanitary engineer, or have several years of experience with industrial plants. Personal qualities: You are skilled in handicraft and technology, are a team player, work independently and thoughtfully, and can communicate well in German. Shift readiness: You feel comfortable in a 4-shift operation. A rolling 7-day shift model is worked, in which you work seven days in a row in the same shift - also on weekends and holidays. Between shift changes, you have 56 to 80 hours of free time available, depending on the rhythm. System knowledge: You have experience with process control systems and are familiar with MS-Office. Mobility: You have your own car or a good public transport connection to start your shift on time.
