Electrical Fitter / Automation Technician

As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a motivated person to join our technical team. Your mission: You will work on high technological value projects, in direct connection with our engineering teams. Your role is central in the realization of the concepts developed by the design office: • Perform internally, on our prototypes, the complete installation of cable trays, tubes and accessories necessary for cable passage • Ensure the assembly, connection and installation of electrical cabinets • Perform the wiring of sensors, boxes, motors and actuators of the machines • Work in close collaboration with the design office, from the assembly phase until the commissioning of the machines • Actively participate in tests, commissioning and functional validations • Occasionally intervene at our clients in Europe and the United States for assistance and reassembly missions • Report information from the field and contribute to the continuous improvement of technical solutions • Apply and ensure compliance with current standards as well as safety procedures Your profile: • CFC as an electrical fitter, automation or title deemed equivalent • Experience in the machine industry or similar technical environments • Excellent mastery of reading electrical diagrams • Good skills in mechanical assembly (drilling, assembly) • Autonomous, methodical, rigorous and solution-oriented • Comfortable in a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment • Strong desire to invest long-term in a permanent position • French required • English or other languages: an appreciated plus What we offer: • Growing company, new projects and great challenges every day. • Dynamic and international working environment. • Entrepreneurial attitude and improvement proposals are valued. • Stable family business, long-term strategic development. • Possibility of internal training. • Pleasant working atmosphere and team spirit. • Modern, professional, bright and spacious working environment. • Ideally located between mountain and lake. • Numerous intra and inter-company events.
