Operator Chemical Production (all genders) At our location in Schaffhausen, we develop and produce pharmaceutical active and excipient ingredients that either go directly to the patient as medication or are used in clinical trials for future therapeutic methods. A wide variety of different processes as well as constantly new products are manufactured by our production team using the latest technologies and special equipment. Your tasks: On our production facilities with a scale of up to maximum 630L, you will produce pharmaceutical active ingredients and intermediates in a team in compliance with cGMP guidelines. For this, you will learn an extremely wide range of very different processes and technologies. You will operate and monitor the (pilot) plants, document the processes in accordance with GMP, and are responsible for the professional cleaning of the equipment. As a professional on-site, you recognize, interpret, and rectify plant malfunctions as well as process deviations. You will be involved in process developments and coordinate parallel activities, also across departments. What you bring with you: A completed training as a Chemikant or chemical and pharmaceutical technologist, Dipl. Chemietechnologe or alternatively Chemielaborant with experience in the field of tasks. High safety awareness. Knowledge in chemical process engineering. You possess good GMP as well as German skills and are ideally familiar with plant controls, explicitly WinCC Professional is an advantage. You possess quick comprehension, are dynamic and flexible.
