Workplace ##### • Place Chauderon 9, 1003 Lausanne Missions ##### • Ensure the operational and technical management of the Unité cultes & temples and ensure the quality of operation of parish buildings • Supervise and coordinate the concierge teams attached to Protestant churches and temples (12 people) • Evaluate and budget the work necessary for the maintenance of parish buildings • Plan and supervise maintenance and repair activities and technical interventions related to the City's parish real estate portfolio • Guarantee the proper coordination of external companies and partners as well as the monitoring of their services • Manage and monitor budgets allocated to maintenance and work operations • Ensure compliance with current regulations as well as safety standards • Guarantee municipal objectives regarding energy performance and the preservation of built heritage • Collaborate with the service architect in the management of construction and sanitation work. Profile ##### • CFC as a building draughtsman or equivalent title • ES technician diploma in building or federal diploma of technical manager • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role • Proven experience in team management, project management, and work monitoring • Knowledge in CVSE, historical heritage, and sustainable development • Rigor and organizational skills • Interpersonal ease, natural authority, and sense of teamwork • Mastery of MS Office tools Activity rate ##### 80% Salary class ##### 9 Special conditions ##### driving license (cat.
