In this responsible role, you will bring your technical expertise into production, develop processes further, and support the team with your specialist knowledge. What you will do Create and optimize CNC programs for the production of precision parts Set up and operate CNC machines, conventional machines, and presses according to technical drawings Manufacture precision parts as well as analyze and optimize milling processes Carry out, document, and evaluate quality controls including measurements on modern measuring centers Introduce new products, samples, and prototypes into series production Provide technical support to production and train new employees What you bring Technical basic training (e.g. Polymechanic EFZ) or several years of experience in production Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel CAM knowledge is an advantage Leadership experience or interest in a leadership position Independent and responsible way of working What we offer With healthy corporate values.
