The Landolt + Co. AG Totalunternehmung RDN based in Ossingen (ZH) is the general contractor of the LANDOLT GRUPPE and is active in residential, industrial, and commercial construction. The LANDOLT GRUPPE currently employs around 500 employees and is known for the execution and creation of demanding structures in high quality. As an established general contractor, we develop and realize demanding construction projects from planning to turnkey handover. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated, independent, and organizationally strong personality as Technical Assistant to the COO. Your job ## • Administrative support for the Managing Director, team/project, and construction managers • Organization and coordination of meetings as well as minute-taking • Creation, processing, and management of project documentation • Schedule planning and monitoring of deadlines • Support with tenders, offers, awards, and contract documents • Correspondence with clients, authorities, planners, and contractors • Maintenance of project filing as well as document management • Support with cost controls and invoice audits Your profile ## • Completed commercial or technical basic training • Further training as a Technical Clerk (Technische Kauffrau/-mann) or experience in the construction industry is an advantage • Several years of professional experience in a general or turnkey contracting company, architecture or engineering office is an advantage • Very good MS Office skills; experience with PROVIS, RealView, Abacus or comparable programs is a plus • Structured, exact, and independent way of working • Organizational talent as well as high service orientation • Resilient, communicative and team-oriented personality • Proficient German in spoken and written form Our offer ## We offer you a versatile position with high personal responsibility and interesting development opportunities.
