Our client is an established construction company in the Biel/Solothurn region with around 50 employees and a broad portfolio of construction projects. To strengthen the branch, we are looking for a Sachbearbeiter/Sachbearbeiterin Administration Bau 60-80% from July 2026 or by agreement. Your tasks Optimization of administrative processes and ensuring efficient office organization Quotation and contract processing Support for management in administrative and organizational matters Personnel administration, e.g., handling of entries and exits, creation of employment contracts, and management of personnel files Maintenance and administration of contracts and documents Management of debtor accounting (financial and payroll accounting is outsourced) Your profile Completed commercial apprenticeship EFZ Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in a construction company Management experience and enjoyment of working with people Skilled use of MS Office and ERP systems Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work Stylistically correct German language skills in writing and speaking; French language skills are an advantage What you can expect At our client's, you can expect an exciting and varied range of tasks where you can take on responsibility and face new challenges.
