Pedagogical Director 80% L’Association Le Colibri has a mission to offer quality support and supervision for children aged from 3 months to 4th Primaire Harmos. Our educational approach is based on Christian values such as respect, sharing, listening, and acceptance of others, among others. It aims to promote the affective, psychomotor, and cognitive development of the child, in a secure environment and with respect for the specificities of each one. As part of our development and in order to complete our teams, Le Colibri is looking for a: Pedagogical Director 80% As a Director of a preschool structure, you ensure a central role within the structure, in order to: Develop, coordinate, and evolve the pedagogical project Ensure the respect of Le Colibri's institutional project, while collaborating with the General Management Support professional practices and promote pedagogical reflection Ensure compliance with the cantonal legal framework (OAJE) and safety standards To do this, you will be responsible for the following tasks: Relationship with children and families -Supervise and ensure the well-being of children and guarantee the quality of reception for children and their families -Manage visits, registrations, and planning for the children's adaptation period, in collaboration with the administrative assistant and general management. -Meet regularly with parents as partners, either individually on request, or in the context of meetings or information sessions. Relationship with the team -Participate in daily management in collaboration with the management -Supervise, support, and monitor the educational team -Organize and lead team meetings and discussions -Manage weekly meetings with the educational team -Organize the follow-up of trainees and apprentices Administrative tasks -Manage the planning of schedules, vacations, absences, and replacements for structure collaborators -Keep the daily attendance list of children up to date -Ensure compliance with the budget allocated to the structure You must have a diploma EDE classification 1 HES and a CAS in team management, with at least 5 years of professional experience as an early childhood educator. You have a good knowledge of the legal framework and challenges of early childhood in the Canton of Vaud. You demonstrate benevolent leadership, great autonomy, and possess excellent relational and communication skills.
