ICT DevOps Engineer Data & Analytics Senior

This is your contribution • Actively shape the technical architecture as well as the further development of the DevOps and platform services for the new Data & Analytics platform and ensure its stability, scalability, and security. • Design, standardize, and continuously develop the DevOps toolchain as well as Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD, and GitOps solutions. • Automate platform components and operational processes, optimize performance and operational reliability, and establish modern observability and security practices. • Analyze complex technical issues, develop sustainable solutions, and drive the introduction of new technologies and best practices for the platform. • Provide technical leadership to DevOps Engineers, advise other engineers, and ensure the continuous development of the Data & Analytics platform together with infrastructure, architecture, and security teams. What makes you unique • Completed studies (HF/FH/University) in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field as well as several years of professional/leadership experience as a DevOps Engineer or Platform Engineer in an enterprise environment; certifications in Kubernetes, OpenShift, cloud technologies, ITIL, or HERMES are an advantage. • Sound experience in the construction and operation of container-based platforms as well as in-depth knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, GitOps, and modern DevOps tools (e.g., Terraform, Helm, GitLab CI, ArgoCD). • Experience in the design of scalable platform architectures as well as a pronounced understanding of automation, observability, security, networking, and the operation of business-critical platforms. • High degree of personal responsibility, strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as enjoyment in helping to shape technical standards, solving complex issues, and providing technical advice to interdisciplinary teams. • Good active knowledge of two official languages as well as good English skills in speaking and writing.
