Commercial Property Manager, 80 – 100 % We are a medium-sized real estate service provider based directly at Wallisellen station and are looking for a Commercial Property Manager, 80 – 100 % to manage a commercial portfolio. You are responsible for the full-scale management of this versatile commercial portfolio in the greater Zurich and Luzern areas and will support an institutional client. Your tasks: Management of a versatile commercial portfolio in the Zurich and Luzern areas Ensuring property maintenance in accordance with the management contract Budget preparation and monitoring in cooperation with the mandate manager Deadline monitoring, creation and transmission of reportings Property inspections and condition assessments Organization, monitoring and acceptance of maintenance work Technical leadership of the caretakers Creation of commercial lease agreements and addenda Implementation of lease and rent changes Acceptance and handover of rental properties and general field service activities Review of heating and operating cost statements created by the accounting department Support and processing of insurance cases Personal and telephone support of the client and the tenants Invoice control of pre-accounted documents Representation of the owner in conciliation proceedings (as agreed) What you bring: Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Real Estate Management is an advantage Completed commercial basic training or technical basic training with further commercial training Mandatory several years of professional and frontline experience in real estate management Good knowledge of accounting and tenancy law Proficient German in speaking and writing, knowledge of [dialect] is an advantage Good industry-specific IT knowledge, GARAIO REM is an advantage Driver's license Cat.
