IT Procurement Manager Context As an IT Procurement Manager, you will join a team in charge of IT procurement and ensure the operational management of calls for tender, contracts, orders, and budgetary commitments, in compliance with public procurement regulations. Responsibilities Lead IT calls for tender and participate in adjudication processes. Ensure the administrative follow-up of contracts, renewals, and budgetary commitments. Manage IT orders and control supplier invoices. Administer IT request processes. Ensure compliance with procedures and public procurement regulations. Profile sought Proven experience in IT procurement and mastery of the complete procurement cycle. SAP and ITIL certifications or diplomas mandatory, with a minimum of 4 years of experience on ServiceNow. Good understanding of IT environments and Swiss public procurement. Rigor, organization, analytical spirit, and the ability to manage multiple files. Assets Experience in the public sector. Experience in IT public procurement. Good knowledge of contractual and financial management.
