Employee Technical Service For «Etzelblick» in Richterswil, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement for a Unterhaltspraktiker EBA or a Fachfrau / Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt 80%-100% Your tasks • Control, monitoring and maintenance of the systems and building technology • Execution of necessary repairs and renovations to the infrastructure • Various maintenance, cleaning and environmental works • Accompanying and monitoring the work carried out by external companies • Responsibility for waste management • Active support of internal and external events • Moves and apartment handovers/takeovers Your profile • Unterhaltspraktiker/in EBA Fachfrau/Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt EFZ or comparable manual vocational training • Good IT skills • Willingness to work on weekends • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Enjoyment of versatile challenges • Good German language skills in speaking and writing Why Tertianum?
