What you can move • Operation, maintenance and further development of the Citrix infrastructure • Ensuring stable, performant and secure Citrix operation incl. application provisioning • Analysis, rectification and sustainable solution of disruptions in the Citrix and client environment • Supportive collaboration in Client Management, especially with Microsoft Intune • Configuration and administration of client systems via GPO, Intune and PowerShell • Collaboration in the operating organization as well as taking on on-call services (approx. 4 weeks per year) • Creation, maintenance and further development of IT documentation What distinguishes you • Completed training as Informatiker/in EFZ, Wirtschaftsinformatiker/in HF or similar with several years of professional experience • Very good knowledge in Citrix environments (Virtual Apps & Desktops, Application Delivery) • Sound experience with Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), GPO, M365 and PowerShell • Good knowledge in Client Management and Microsoft Intune • Experience in software packaging and IT disruption management is an advantage • Independent, structured and quality-conscious way of working • High willingness to learn and interest in new technologies and digital change • Very good German and good English skills • Advantageous: Citrix certifications, MD 102 or comparable present or the willingness to obtain these (education and further training as well as certifications are supported) Your field of activity The Amt für Informatik is responsible for the operation and further development of the cantonal IT. This includes, among other things, central application and database servers in its own data centers as well as the support of around 1-800 IT workstations of the cantonal employees.
