• 30 July 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Zurich Real Estate Financing Solutions is the Zurich-based competence center for mortgages and real estate financing, and is centrally responsible for this area for the entire Private Clients unit. The mortgage sector is an integral part of the bank's global advisory approach for wealthy private clients and complements the existing offering in investment and wealth management. As Head of Real Estate Financing Solutions, you have significant influence in the continuous construction and development of financing advisory and structuring. In addition, you support relationship managers in advising wealthy private clients on all matters relating to mortgages and real estate financing. You develop financing solutions, advise on mortgage strategies and pricing issues, structure complex financings, and ensure that high-quality and creditworthy applications and files are transmitted to credit management. You also ensure that your team collaborates efficiently and effectively with relationship managers and performs adequate prioritization. You make an essential contribution to the quality of advice, client satisfaction, process efficiency, and the sustainable quality of the bank's mortgage portfolio.
