Zofingen, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution <br /> • Manage the acquisition of land and real rights (including expropriation procedures) within the territories of competence of the Zofingen branch • Deal with landowners and authorities; handle the drafting, verification, and adaptation of contracts • Supervise external personnel on a technical level and perform coordination activities • Manage the real estate portfolio related to national roads, issue authorizations, and ensure compliant use of land assets • Participate in the activities of the entire real estate management department <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • Basic training in the real estate sector (e.g., in the fiduciary, notary field) and/or several years of experience in land acquisition and/or specific higher education (e.g., MAS Real Estate Management SUP, post-diploma SSS degree in real estate management and construction projects) and/or real estate expert, geomatics specialist, construction administrator with specific legal knowledge of the function in question • Familiarity with legal issues in the areas of real estate and real rights, land, expropriation, building, urban planning, and environmental law • Strong social skills • Stress resistance, autonomy • Good active knowledge of a second official language and ideally passive competence of a third <br /> In summary USTRA represents the Confederation as the owner of the national roads.
