Purchaser Focus IT & gen. Services 80-100% Your tasks: • Development, implementation and continuous improvement of category strategies within the assigned product groups • Coordination, creation, execution and responsibility for procurements within and outside the scope of the public procurement law IVöB • Close cooperation with the relevant internal and external stakeholders • Conducting contract and price negotiations • Identification, qualification and development of suppliers, incl. supplier evaluations • Collaboration on the establishment and optimization of purchasing processes and structures as well as other cross-departmental projects (e.g. material master data) • Monitoring and controlling relevant KPIs in purchasing • Processing of the entire operational procurement process: requirement determination in coordination with stakeholders, inquiry, order, schedule tracking incl. possible escalation in case of delay, goods receipt monitoring, invoice verification and approval within the assigned WG • Processing of complaints in cooperation with the requirement holder and suppliers Your profile: • Completed further training as a Purchasing Manager with federal diploma or comparable is a plus • Many years of experience in purchasing, especially in the strategic area • Further training as a Specialist in public procurement or many years of experience in public procurement is a plus • Confident handling of ERP systems, ideally with SAP S4/Hana and digital procurement platforms • Business fluent German skills in speaking and writing, other languages an advantage We look forward to receiving your application documents incl. stating the job number 00002492989 to: bettina-eva.bernardo-do-amaral-spiess@ag.ch.
