The residential groups at Laufenstrasse create a familial atmosphere for people with an addiction disorder and are adapted to the individual needs and requirements of the residents. In 4 residential groups, 24 residents each are supported, accompanied and cared for with great commitment in everyday life. In a pleasant, manageable environment, cooking is done together, household activities are performed and life is lived in community. The familiar environment gives the residents security and helps them to remain as independent as possible. To reinforce our teams, we are looking for, starting immediately/by arrangement, Assistant Care and Nursing Staff SRK 60% - 100% (m/f/d), Residential Groups at Laufenstrasse In this exciting role, the following tasks await you: As an Assistant Care and Nursing Staff member, you take on daily responsibility, perform household tasks and support the specialist team in everyday work. In doing so, you contribute to ensuring that the accompaniment and care of the residents takes place according to the principle of normality and that their greatest possible independence and quality of life are maintained and promoted. Together with the residents, you shape everyday life in the apartments and create an appreciative, homely environment.
