Production Mechanic/Poly-mechanic 80 – 100 % (m/w) To strengthen our turning department, we are looking for a: Production Mechanic/Poly-mechanic 80 – 100 % (m/w) immediately or by agreement. Your area of responsibility As an experienced production mechanic/poly-mechanic in the turning sector, you will play a key role in the automated production of our quality products. Your main task will be to set up and ensure the smooth operation of the six CNC turning machines in daily operation. All systems are equipped with a bar loader, allowing for unmanned processing at night. You will work closely with the entire team to ensure trouble-free production. You will consistently and practically apply lean methods such as 5S, KVP, and short setup times (SMED). In addition, you will support the auxiliary staff to ensure that their tasks are performed correctly. Your profile As an experienced production mechanic/poly-mechanic, you have in-depth knowledge and skills in the field of turning, which you can apply in a dynamic and innovative company. You are characterized by independence, a sense of responsibility, and long-standing experience. You are committed and show interest in lean management methods, while always expressing your passion for the craft. You have a very good command of the German language.
