For our location in Zürich, we are looking for an experienced: Real Estate Manager (M/F/D) 100% YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY Independent management of an attractive real estate portfolio consisting mostly of commercial properties in the city of Zürich for an intentional owner Responsibility for a smooth rental process in close cooperation with a clerk Coordination and monitoring of maintenance and renovation work Full responsibility for income and costs as well as budget monitoring Proactive tenant care, continuous contact for high satisfaction and sustainable relationships Coordination with service providers and partners YOUR STRENGTHS AND EXPERIENCES Commercial basic training or equivalent Experience as a real estate manager with federal diploma (eidg.
