Site Manager 85% in School-age Complementary Care (SEB)

We are looking for a Site Manager 85% in School-age Complementary Care (SEB) ## starting 1 November 2026 or by arrangement Your tasks include the management and further expansion of our school-age complementary offering at the SEB site Weiermatten. In doing so, together with the team, you will ensure a diverse, pedagogically meaningful offering that enables optimal social and individual development of children of kindergarten and primary school age and guarantees the best possible care. Furthermore, the development and implementation of site-specific processes, rules, and values are among your main tasks. In addition, you are responsible for creating a good atmosphere and constructive togetherness at the SEB site and maintain constructive cooperation with legal guardians, school management, teachers, authorities, and other stakeholders. You also organize two to three holiday care weeks per year. You have training as a Dipl. Sozialpädagoge/-pädagogin HF or a comparable qualification as well as several years of experience in working with children. Leadership experience in an equivalent function or in a comparable institution is desired. You are ready to take on responsibility and possess healthy assertiveness and organizational flair. Furthermore, you are characterized by your mindful communication style and your ability to network. You meet challenges with serenity and humor and are simultaneously open to new developments.
