  *L'Hôpital d'Aubonne has been serving its community since 1895. Ideally located near the vineyards and the village, it is one of the three founding hospitals of the EHC. It brings together all the missions of the EHC in a single location: whether for primary care with its medical center, acute care with its recognized internal medicine beds and its palliative care unit, the multisite treatment and rehabilitation center, or long-term care services with its EMS and its Temporary Care Center (CAT).*   We are looking for Hôpital d'Aubonne for November 2026 for a: Clinical Lead in CTR (M/F) at 80-100% Fixed-term contract   In order to strengthen our department, from 1 November 2026 for a determined mission until 30 April 2027. YOU POSSESS • The federal specialist title or near completion or recognized in general internal medicine by MEBEKO.  • A particular interest in geriatric rehabilitation. • The ability to work in an interdisciplinary team. • A spirit of initiative, organization and collegiality. • A means of locomotion and a driver's license, ideally.   YOUR OBJECTIVES • Ensure the clinical supervision of the global management of patients in geriatric rehabilitation. • Work in interdisciplinarity with the services of caregivers and therapists (ergo-physio, psy-neuropsy, nurses, dietitians) with the goal of coordinated care and the achievement of common objectives. • Contact and have privileged access to acute care and specialists of the EHC network, a guarantee of medical quality and fluidity of information. • Participate in second-line on-call duties, during the week and on weekends, either one week out of 5. • Supervise, accompany and train the 7 assistant doctors within the framework of the development of their skills and the evolution of their career path. • Be accompanied by 3 senior physicians specialized in internal medicine, geriatrics and palliative care so as to contribute to your professional evolution.   WE ARE • An institution comprising acute care and rehabilitation establishments, a private clinic, EMS, medical centers and outpatient clinics distributed in the La Côte region as well as the 1st clinical hypnosis school dedicated to the healthcare environment in French-speaking Switzerland. • A care network allowing many opportunities for internal transfer according to the aspirations and development projects of employees. • More than 2000 employees taking care of patients and residents of the region, sharing values of Responsibility, Proximity, Humanity, Competence, in an agile environment favoring the realization of projects. • A training company committed to training the next generation, counting approximately 80 apprentices in 16 different trades, 200 HES-ES interns and nearly 300 doctors in training.
