Investigations Specialist (100%) Operations Your tasks Conducting inquiries with third-party and correspondent banks via the Swift network Processing and coordinating payment claims Carrying out Safewatch monitoring in the 1st level as well as processing corresponding hits Monitoring and ensuring the smooth operation of all systems relevant to payment transactions Participation in projects and system tests for the implementation of new or improved applications, automations, digitalizations, and process optimization Updating instructions, work instructions, and processes Your profile You have completed commercial vocational training and already bring experience in the area of Banking Operation and Back Office. You have a confident manner as well as healthy assertiveness and enjoy working in a team. Your exact and structured way of working distinguishes you as much as customer-oriented and responsible thinking and acting. In addition to your German mother tongue, you can also communicate well in Austrian and/or English.
