Your area of activity - You carry out all tasks of the ongoing financial accounting - accounts receivable and accounts payable processing, payment transactions, dunning management, as well as bank and cash reconciliations. - You participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and ensure quality in your area of responsibility. - As a specialist, you take on group-wide technical responsibility for the Procure-to-Pay process (accounts payable, general ledger and fixed assets): you define, document, and standardize processes, are responsible for the closing work in your core area, and further develop controlling and internal control systems (IKS) within it. - As the first point of contact for the financial matters of your assigned locations, you manage the local financial processes across all areas and are responsible for the location budget across all cost centers - including variance analyses together with the location management. - For customers, suppliers, and employees, you are a competent and service-oriented information point. - You support the expansion strategy of the Automobile Group with your professional expertise - for example, during the integration of new locations and companies into the group's financial processes. - You actively participate in the optimization of internal processes and systems and drive digitalization and automation in the finance area. As a dynamic, trustworthy, and independent personality, you bring at least three years of experience in finance and accounting - ideally from the automotive trade or an SME environment - and have completed further training in the field of finance and accounting. Holistic thinking is a matter of course for you: you like the variety of a broad role and at the same time enjoy taking clear responsibility for your area of expertise and your locations. Your IT skills, especially in MS Office and Excel, are up to date; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or digital invoice workflows is an advantage, but not a requirement.
