Head of Competence Team / Advanced Nursing Practice Team Head of the Competence Team/ANP Team Oncology Nursing 80\-100% by agreement, permanent Your tasks You support and empower nursing professionals in all areas of Kantonsspital Aarau in the care of patients with oncological and oncological\-hematological clinical pictures. You accompany, train, and advise patients with oncological diseases across different areas through direct clinical nursing practice or in a consultative setting. You take on the professional leadership as well as support and coaching of specialist and nursing experts in the Competence Team/ANP Oncology. You work in all areas (Surgery, Woman\&Child, Medicine) in direct care with oncological patients. You create and update specialist SOPs, instructions, and concepts in cooperation with the specialist/nursing experts and other professional groups. You lead and accompany projects within the framework of professional development in the field of oncology and ensure nursing quality in the oncological area. You implement Advanced Practice Nurse roles for oncological patients together with the Head of Nursing Development. You take over the lead for nursing audits/certifications in the field of oncology together with the Onkologiezentrum Mittelland. You prepare current nursing quality indicators, initiate measures, plan the evaluation, and delegate the implementation to the specialist/nursing experts of the respective area. You work out strategic directions together with the Head of Nursing Development. You ensure interprofessional cooperation through suitable formats.
