Customer Service Representative (all)

For our customer in Dagmersellen (LU), we are looking for a reliable and conscientious customer service representative (all). This is a direct permanent position that can be started immediately or by arrangement. Tasks: • Dispatch service orders • Dispatch service technicians • Customer support for Western Switzerland • Complaint processing • various administrative tasks Requirements: • at least 3 years of professional experience in customer service • very good German and French skills mandatory • experience in the industrial, production, or sanitary industry preferred
