For our client, we are looking for an International Service Technician 100% Your tasks: • Commissioning of tempering solutions at our customers worldwide – Technical customer support for tempering and cooling devices on site – Remote support for our international customers – Collaboration in technical support – Assembly and disassembly of tempering devices at international trade fairs – Maintenance of orders and material data in the ERP system Infor LN – Organization and implementation of training sessions for partners and customers. Your experience: • Completed vocational training as an automation technician, automation fitter, electrical installer or assembly electrician – Further training as an electrical engineer HF is an advantage or desirable – Professional experience in international service deployment or in a comparable function – Very good understanding of electrical circuit diagrams and electrical drawings – Safe handling of modern measurement and testing technology – Willingness to undertake worldwide travel activities – Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills – Independent, structured and quality-conscious working method – Customer-oriented, flexible personality with a sovereign appearance – Very good German language skills and good technical English; further language skills are an advantage.
