Machine Operator Production 4-Shift

Get production up and running! For our customer in the Luzern region, we are looking for a motivated, reliable, and technically interested person. You will take on a responsible role in a modern production environment and actively contribute to the production of high-quality products. Machine Operator Production 4-Shift Your tasks • Independent operation, monitoring, and setup of production facilities • Ensuring a smooth production process while complying with quality, GMP, and ISO guidelines • Processing products according to customer specifications and defined quality standards • Carrying out and documenting quality controls • Identifying deviations and initiating corresponding corrective measures • Recording and maintaining relevant production data in the ERP system (SAP) • Shared responsibility for order, cleanliness, and safety in the production area What you bring • Completed vocational training (EFZ), ideally in a technical or industrial environment • Professional experience in production and willingness to work in shift operations • Good German language skills in word and writing • Experience in handling hygiene regulations, for example from the food, pharmaceutical, or packaging industry • Knowledge of GMP is an advantage • Independent, precise, and responsible way of working • Teamwork, flexibility, and high quality awareness What you can look forward to • Responsible activity in a modern production environment • Comprehensive training and support from a dedicated team • Long-term employment opportunity with development prospects • Attractive shift allowances • Collegial working atmosphere and appreciative company culture Interested?
