To complement our team at Käppeli Logistik AG in Sargans, we are looking for a flexible, innovative, and resilient personality. Your tasks • Dispatching of own vehicles as well as third-party vehicles incl. their monitoring according to economic criteria • Personnel management of subordinate employees (drivers) • Optimal personnel deployment planning taking the ARV into account • Awarding of orders and instructions to drivers and external companies • Control and compliance with the ARV • Coordination of loading and unloading dates • Various administrative tasks in the dispatch area • Area of application: special transports, element transports, bulk goods transports, construction logistics as well as crane work Your profile • Several years of professional experience as a -dispatcher/ • Knowledge of machinery and equipment in the construction industry • High level of independence and initiative • Team player, responsible and flexible even in hectic situations • High service and solution orientation • Reliability, organizational talent with healthy assertiveness • Good PC user skills and enjoyment of digitalization • German native language, any further national language an advantage We offer you • Pleasant working atmosphere • Top modern infrastructure and equipment • High level of independence • Further training and development opportunities • Interesting and varied tasks • Attractive working environment • High-performance company with perspective Do you feel addressed?
