You actively organize, communicate, plan, and help shape things, while simultaneously making an important contribution to people in later stages of life. The special thing about your training: You work according to the rotation principle. Every twelve months, you change your place of assignment between our health centers throughout the entire city of Zürich and the central specialist departments in the administration center. This way, you get to know different teams, working worlds, and perspectives over three years. This diversity makes your training varied and opens up exciting development and future opportunities. Tasks ## • You are the contact person for residents, relatives, and employees, personally, by telephone, or digitally. • You process inquiries and orders and ensure that everything runs smoothly. • You support exciting projects and contribute your own ideas. • You create presentations, protocols, evaluations, and statistics. • You get to know various administrative areas and understand how a large organization functions. Profile ## • Completed compulsory schooling (Sek A), passed entrance examination if attending Berufsmatura • Very good communication skills, German grade at least 5.0 • Interest in digital technologies and modern forms of working • Reliability, initiative, and sense of responsibility • Openness, team spirit, and joy in dealing with people We offer ## A sound and varied training awaits you.
