Sales Assistant in 50% to 80% Working hours: 2x on Saturday and during the week The Swiss Design Market at Zeughausgasse 29 in the center of Bern promotes and sells over 100 modern Swiss design brands on over 300m2. You are integrated into a small team and will become part of the Swiss design community. We are looking for a sales assistant for our shop in Bern on an hourly basis or permanent employment, starting immediately or by arrangement Your main tasks include: You are actively involved in sales, passing on the exciting background stories of our products to the customers. Goods reception and inspection Cash management and processing You bring with you: Flair and interest in Swiss design products, fashion, jewelry, and ceramics. A completed apprenticeship in sales (advantageous but not mandatory) and you have already gained considerable professional experience in the sale of high-quality products. You are cheerful, independent, courteous, and maintain calm and overview even in hectic times. Readiness for deployment and flexibility for shifts on Saturday and during holiday absences. We are very fair here and ensure that every employee normally has 2 Saturdays off per month, so that private life is not lost to sales.
