Job description Main mission of the function : o Technical development of new products, design and follow-up of technical files. o Management of transversal R&D projects; watchmaking and movement. Task description : o Management of transversal projects : \- Watchmaking \- Mechanical and quartz movements \- Data management system (PLM) o Development of innovative concepts in partnership with our different entities of Swatch Group o Development of new products: cases, dials, hands and bracelets in collaboration with the different departments of Longines and our external partners o Realization and management of technical files during the product life cycle o Technical support to the different departments of Longines Profile You hold a degree in engineering HES or equivalent. You have complementary training as a project manager and confirmed experience (5 to 10 years) in a similar position. Field experience in the industrialization and/or manufacturing of watch components. Very good mastery of CAO in volumetric and surface as well as mastery of the "Catia" software are essential. Mastery of finite element simulation, Abaqus-Forge as well as PLM 3DExperience from Dassault Systèmes is an asset. Good knowledge of RDM.
