ACCOUNTING CLERK (80–100%) Work location: Solothurn / Start: immediately or by arrangement The SGT Gruppe is a corporate group based in Solothurn in the field of building technology. It includes several companies in different regions of Switzerland. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a reliable and committed personality for accounting as well as personnel and payroll administration. Your tasks in finance and accounting: Management of the financial accounting Booking and reconciliation of the general and subsidiary ledgers as well as the bank accounts Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable Preparation and execution of payment transactions Preparation of VAT returns Collaboration on reports and annual financial statements Collaboration on liquidity planning, budget and forecast Creation of evaluations, documentation and statistics Your tasks in personnel and payroll administration: Processing of personnel administration from entry to exit Execution of monthly payroll processing including mutations Processing of social insurances such as AHV, BVG, KTG and UVG Your profile: Completed commercial apprenticeship EFZ Professional experience in finance and accounting as well as in personnel and payroll administration Knowledge of Sage 50 and/or Topal in accounting and in payroll accounting is an advantage Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel Strong understanding of numbers and analytical thinking Exact, conscientious and structured way of working Independence, personal responsibility and helpfulness Enjoyment of working in a team Good oral and written German skills What you can expect: A versatile and varied activity A lot of independence and personal freedom An interesting working environment in a dynamic corporate group A motivated and professional team A modern infrastructure at the Solothurn location Contemporary employment conditions jpid0d9b510jm jit0731jm jiy26jm
