Job description ## What to expect in the job ### • Leading a construction site team and coordinating daily tasks • Organizing construction site processes as well as scheduling personnel, material, and machinery • Ensuring clean, on-time, and high-quality execution • Monitoring the construction work performed as well as the applicable safety regulations • Coordinating cooperation with construction management, tradespeople, and other stakeholders • Supporting the team with daily tasks on the construction site • Checking plans, execution, and work progress • Documenting the work performed and relevant construction site information ### What convinces us ### • Professional experience in civil engineering, ideally as a foreman or site supervisor • Training in the main construction industry • Experience in leading employees • Independent and reliable way of working • Good German skills • Driver's license Cat.
