• 03 July 2026 • 80 - 100% • Indeterminate duration • Zürich In this strategically important function, you are responsible for the creation as well as the operation of the online platforms and applications of bluenews.ch, plueplus.ch, bluecinema.ch and webmail.bluewin.ch. The intelligent and functional development of the different pages, so that they contribute optimally to sales and user-friendliness, is also part of your main tasks. ### Your area of responsibility • You develop a global digital strategy that supports the company's business objectives. This includes identifying opportunities to improve digital presence, customer experience (Customer Journey) and efficiency • Preparing data to obtain information, in order to detect trends and make informed decisions, is also central • You work with external partners to find innovative solutions and strengthen the digital presence of the different platforms • You lead strategic initiatives (product development) to ensure the long-term core business on all blue platforms, front- and backends • You are responsible for the operation (frontend) of all blue platforms, the coordination and realization of releases as well as the development of all Data Analytics / IA activities • Focus on online sales (new and existing) and service as well as on Data Analytics/IA • Management of a team of 6 employees Your profile • Completed education, business economics, ETH or FH engineering studies with long experience in the digital or IT field. In-depth knowledge of relevant markets • Several years of successful experience in leading and managing digital projects and business development in a corporate business environment (sales and marketing) • Versatile, flexible, innovative and resilient personality with proven social skills, an activable network, charisma and determination • Great passion for digital first, customer orientation, convincing communication skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and you also convince in English.
