Department: Housekeeping Job title: Housekeeper/Valet Activity rate: 100% Direct supervisor: Housekeeper Mission The main mission of the Housekeeper/Valet is to ensure the cleaning, cleanliness, and order of the rooms and suites of Au Club Alpin, as well as the maintenance of the common areas. He/She also ensures the management of all textiles of the establishment Au Club Alpin on a rotational basis within the team in charge of Housekeeping. Main responsibilities Maintenance of rooms and suites: o Clean and prepare rooms and bathrooms within the allotted time and according to established standards of quality and productivity o Ensure the cleanliness of the terrace adjacent to the rooms o Refill consumables in the minibar o Disinfect according to current standards Maintenance of common areas: Conference room, wellness area, reception area, all WCs, changing rooms, staff kitchen, various corridors, administration office Other: o Daily replenish storage pantries and the trolley with guest amenities, cleaning products, cleaning equipment, clean linens and sheets o Report any missing items in a room or suite as well as any damage to the Housekeeper or the Front Office Manager before the departure of the guests Laundry: o Washing, calendering, drying, ironing and storing hotel linen: sheets, towels, blankets, covers, restaurant table linen, staff uniforms and, if necessary, sheer curtains and cushions o Guest linen: washing, cleaning, drying, ironing; if necessary, can be entrusted to an external service provider in connection with the laundry worker who hands over clean linen to the housekeepers Expected results o Order and cleanliness in the rooms, suites and common areas of the hotel Au Club Alpin o Application of the hygiene and maintenance standards of Au Club Alpin o Conscientious treatment of all textiles of the establishment Au Club Alpin
