With over 20 years of experience, our interdisciplinary team of engineers and physicists develops high-precision, maintenance-free measuring systems for the inline analysis of combustible gases – from biogas plants and gas networks to gas engines and hydrogen and power-to-gas applications. Our product lines gasQS™ static and gasQS™ flonic are used by operators worldwide and are made in Switzerland: developed, assembled, and calibrated directly at our site in Birmenstorf. Since 2025, we have been part of the LIVITRON Group and continue to act as an independent, agile technology unit with short decision-making paths and a strong team spirit. Those who join us work on precision instruments that make a direct contribution to the energy transition – H₂-ready and in daily use by customers all over the world. Your Role In this function, you will take on a central task in our manufacturing: the assembly and calibration of our gasQS static and gasQS flonic measuring devices. You will accompany the products from the incoming goods of the components to the fully calibrated precision instruments and work closely with our development team and production management. Your Main Tasks Test Bench Pilot: You carry out the laboratory calibration with various gases and monitor them – including combustible media such as H₂ or CH₄. Precision Assembly: You undertake the professional mechanical and electronic assembly of our sensor solutions (gasQS product family). Electronics Systems «Dots»: You look after our internally developed electronics systems from the procurement of components/assemblies to the final assembly and the outgoing test. Warehouse & Procurement: You keep an overview of our inventory, report to the production manager, and assist in procurement. Process Optimization: You design simple fixtures to improve the assembly processes and create concepts for external manufacturing partners. Your Profile Technical Background: Completed vocational training in the field of mechanics, electronics, or automation. Students of a technical degree program (ETH/FH) with manual dexterity are also an excellent fit for us. Eye for Precision: "Good enough" is not enough for you. You work cleanly, reliably, and with an eye for detail. Safety Awareness: Since we work with combustible gases in the laboratory, the responsible handling of safety regulations is a matter of course for you. Independence: In our small team, you see for yourself where work needs to be done and tackle it independently and in a solution-oriented manner.
