In doing so, you prepare relevant data, analyses, and models so that focal points for action become visible and sound decisions can be supported. You create ad-hoc analyses, reports, and KPI dashboards and continuously develop them further to create transparency regarding sales, goods flow, promotions, procurement, processes, and performance. You analyze and validate data, recognize patterns, deviations, and optimization potentials, and translate these into understandable decision-making bases for specialist departments and management. You support the prioritization and control of measures by using data- and model-based methods to show where action is required and what effect possible measures can have. You work interdisciplinarily in projects, clarify requirements with the specialist departments, coordinate analytical tasks, and present results in a target-group-oriented and action-oriented manner. Requirements You have a completed degree or a comparable education in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, BWL/VWL, or a related field. You possess strong analytical thinking skills and enjoy structuring, analyzing, and preparing economic issues in a data-based and understandable manner. You have good fundamentals in data analysis, data validation, and quantitative methods. Initial experience with SQL, BI tools, or comparable analytical applications is an advantage. You are interested in business processes, procurement and sales markets, as well as how data- and model-based insights can contribute to better decisions. You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner, set priorities, and move confidently between day-to-day business, ad-hoc requests, and project tasks. You are team-oriented, have strong communication skills, and can present analytical results in a target-group-oriented, understandable, and action-oriented way.
