Nursing Specialist HF/HF 60-100% for the day shift

The Effingerhort above Holderbank AG is a facility of the Von Effinger Stiftung for inpatient addiction therapy in the Canton of Aargau. People with physical, mental, and social impairments and a long-term history of alcohol or drug use are professionally accompanied with a low-threshold concept. In addition to the abstinence-oriented residential offers, we run a specialized nursing home with controlled alcohol dispensing (kT55+).  For our specialized nursing offer, we are looking for an engaged Nursing Specialist HF/HF 60-100% for the day shift Your tasks:  • You work empathically and goal-oriented with our residents  • You create the nursing process according to needs assessment with RAI LTCF and implement it professionally in everyday life  • You work solution-oriented with motivating conversational guidance and are willing to familiarize yourself with the concept of Controlled Drinking  • You enjoy key person work, can set priorities as a shift supervisor, and find solutions for challenges together with the team  • You are open to new things and ready to actively participate in the implementation of the concept Your profile:  • You have completed training as a Dipl.
