Team Leadership Managed Care (80-100%) For this versatile function, we are looking for an initiative personality who understands changes as an opportunity, inspires people for new ideas, and builds and maintains sustainable relationships with our network partners with a networked and customer-oriented mindset. Your tasks You will take over the operational management of the Managed Care team with 5 employees and report to the management of Argomed Ärzte AG. You will be responsible for Managed Care market, contract, and network relationships. Together with your team, you will market Managed Care and other services from the Argomed portfolio and open up additional potential through targeted cross-selling in the areas of ArgoNet, network management, network accounting, and MFA services. You will identify customer needs of our business partners and further develop the Managed Care business areas. You will represent our company at external events, networking activities, and be actively involved in the co-development, planning, and implementation of Argomed events. You will work closely with the medical advisory board to develop, plan, and implement projects. As a member of the management team, you will develop the company strategy and implement measures to achieve the agreed goals. What you bring University of applied sciences or university degree in natural sciences, business administration, or a related field, alternatively a equivalent professional qualification with in-depth further training in the healthcare sector. Several years of management experience and proven expertise in negotiation management with healthcare actors, particularly health insurers, medical profession, or health policy decision-makers. High communication competence, pronounced customer and service orientation, as well as pleasure in direct customer contact and solution-oriented consulting. Experience in acquiring and developing customer and partner relationships as well as in professional handling of CRM systems. In-depth experience in project management as well as in the analysis, optimization, and further development of complex processes using continuous improvement methods (KVP).
