We complement the Operations, Risk & Compliance team in the Asset Management business unit and are looking for a Specialist Data and Digitalization Asset Management. Specialist Data and Digitalization Asset Management (80 - 100%) What awaits you You are responsible for the daily data and system management for our securities, monitor the feeding processes, and complete the monthly data management tasks. You accompany system migrations and integrate new data feeds into our central Datawarehouse and into our Portfolio Management System. You develop digital front-to-end solutions for central processes and implement them independently. You continuously improve existing processes, tools, and reports. You automate repetitive processes, support Asset Management with complex data analyses, and drive the technical integration of digital solutions into the portfolio management processes within the framework of our IT standards. You document critical processes and systems cleanly and contribute to central initiatives such as data landscape and business administration. You take on specific operational activities in reporting and day-to-day business. What we expect You have completed training in the field of business informatics or business administration and are familiar with databases, Power BI, and programming languages. You are proficient with the M365 product family and use it to automate processes, build central collaboration spaces, and analyze data. You bring at least five years of experience in a comparable function in data and process management, ideally in Asset Management or in the financial environment of an institutional investor. You quickly familiarize yourself with new processes and implement ideas consistently. You can communicate understandably in German with the various stakeholders and understand English language effortlessly.
