Establish offers for heating and sanitary installations. Analyze tender files, technical specifications and plans. Carry out measurements, quantities and cost calculations. Solicit and analyze offers from suppliers and subcontractors. Prepare submissions and ensure respect for deadlines. Develop counter-proposals and technical variants. Evaluate the technical and financial feasibility of projects. Establish profitability forecasts for submitted offers. Identify risks and opportunities related to projects. Participate in the continuous improvement of calculation tools. Transmit files to project managers and technical offices when mandates start. Analyze discrepancies between estimated costs and actual costs in collaboration with project managers. Participate, as needed, in the coding activities of other entities of the BKW Group in a logic of mutualization of skills. Your profile. Training in the field of building technology (heating and/or sanitary), ideally completed by a Technician ES diploma. Confirmed experience in the calculation and/or execution of CVC/Sanitary projects. Good mastery of tenders, plan reading, technical specifications and professional computer tools (CAD). Knowledge of SIA and CVC standards, an asset. Mastery of French and good knowledge of German (professional level). Rigorous, autonomous and organized person, with an excellent analytical mind and solution-oriented.
