For our Kilchbergsteig location in Wollishofen, we are looking for an engaged group leader for our mixed-age group. Your tasks You lead your group with heart, structure, and pedagogical foresight. You care for and promote children in their development and support them in discovering the world. You plan and organize pedagogical activities, following our curriculum and annual cycle. You work closely with the parents and inform them regularly about the development of their children. You are responsible for the safety and well-being of the children. You support the team management with administrative tasks and quality development. What you bring with you Completed training as FABE, educator, or comparable socio-pedagogical qualification. Enthusiasm and commitment to working with children. You enjoy accompanying children in their development and promoting them. You enjoy working in a team and contribute ideas to creatively shape everyday pedagogical life. You have good communication skills and speak German, ideally also English.
