EMS Les Baumettes in Renens was opened in 1984; it welcomes 111 residents across 3 units, 12 beneficiaries at the Centre d’Accueil Temporaire, 32 tenants in its protected apartments, and manages a daycare with 27 places. La Fondation les Baumettes is opening its new establishment in Bussigny in November 2026: EMS La Gravernayse. It will welcome 52 residents in individual rooms distributed across 2 support units as well as 12 people at the Centre d’Accueil Temporaire, in a modern and human setting, dedicated to geriatrics and geriatric psychiatry. Our mission is based on a personalized support plan centered on the wishes and expectations of the residents, promoting their autonomy, well-being, and dignity. For EMS les Baumettes in Renens, we are looking for, for October 1st, 2026 or to be agreed upon for a 100% activity rate, a Gestionnaire en intendance CFC or Agent-e de Propreté CFC • Collaborate closely with the Housekeeping Manager in the planning and execution of periodic work • Execute various administrative tasks necessary for the management of the sector • Work in collaboration with the team and ensure a clean and pleasant environment for residents and collaborators • Perform cleaning and maintenance work on the building and in the various premises of the institution according to hygiene standards • Use various cleaning machines such as monobrushing machines, scrubbers, injection-extraction machines, among others • Ensure the waste circuit within the foundation and participate in the collection of dirty laundry bags in the chutes • Participation in deep cleaning in all premises of the foundation as well as window cleaning Your profile: • CFC Gestionnaire en Intendance / Agent-e de propreté CFC • Be comfortable in group communication • Motivated and responsible person to ensure the maintenance of the various premises • Be a reliable and proactive field relay to promote the efficiency of the service • "Formateur en Entreprise" training, an asset • Proven experience in the medico-social or hospital field • IT knowledge mandatory • Good knowledge of spoken and written French • Ability to work autonomously and in a team • A helpful and benevolent attitude Activity rate: 100% from Monday to Friday (continuous schedule) and potentially 2 to 3 public holidays or Saturdays during the year.
