You are a multi-talented manual worker. You ensure maintenance in and around buildings and care for the outdoor areas. You mow the lawn, care for plants, take care of cleanings, clear snow, and dispose of waste professionally. Tasks ## • You keep buildings, outdoor, and green spaces in order. • You monitor building technology, regulate heating, and fix malfunctions. • You undertake simpler repairs, masonry, painting, and carpentry work. • You replace light bulbs, door locks, as well as fuses and check electrical and water installations. • You maintain tools, devices, and machines.
