Your tasks Order processing: Entering and processing orders in the system, checking order data, and coordination with suppliers and logistics Order fulfillment: You record orders, monitor delivery dates, and create offers, delivery notes, and invoices Verification: You independently check invoices from customs service providers and freight forwarders Support: You work closely with the field service and support them administratively Master data maintenance: You maintain customer data in the ERP system Your profile Completed commercial training or EFZ pharmacy specialist or EFZ druggist, preferably with commercial further education Experience in transport, logistics, and/or customs clearance in the import and export sector is a plus - but not a must Resilient, responsible, and reliable personality Very good German as well as good English skills in speaking and writing We offer Varied activity in a small team with ambitions to grow An exciting and varied function combined with a 39h week Free coffee and cold drinks Attractive holiday regulations with 25 days per year Good public transport connections as well as free employee parking spaces Do you feel addressed?
