Carpenter (EFZ) In our carpentry workshop in Münchenstein, high-quality woodwork is created with great attention to detail. We manufacture custom furniture, restore existing pieces, and undertake individual commissioned work. At the same time, we produce our own wooden products such as toys and decorations. In our carpentry workshop, we rely on inclusion, teamwork, and individual support. In all activities, the focus is always on the support mandate for people with mental impairments. For our team, we are looking for a Carpenter (EFZ) 50% who brings a lot of experience and passion to the profession. Guiding and accompanying people is your strength. Your tasks: You co-manage the carpentry workshop with your teammates and are co-responsible for technical and financial management You are familiar with current safety regulations and implement them You provide pedagogical support to people with a mental impairment in their daily work routine You plan and document the support according to current professional and quality expectations (IBB) You work closely with referrers, authorities, and the various VSP offers You operate and maintain the machines You are co-responsible for the sale of the own products What characterizes you: You have completed training as a Carpenter (EFZ) and bring work experience. Ideally, you have worked in a small carpentry workshop.
