Together with our internal stakeholders, we develop innovative BI, planning and master data solutions with real added value.    For our global headquarters in Aarburg (near Olten), we are looking for you - a personality who helps shape and further develop our BI strategy.  These are your tasks ## • You actively further develop our global BI portfolio and are the central contact person for Business Intelligence • You translate business requirements into scalable, integrated BI solutions with real impact • You drive the expansion of our global BI architecture based on SAP BW/4HANA • You design modern reporting and enable our users in self-service BI with the SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) • You lead international data and analysis projects • You support the further development of the master data processes relevant to BI • You build sustainable relationships with the business and act as a trusted interface  This is what you bring with you ## • University degree in business administration, computer science or comparable • At least 5 years of experience in the Business Intelligence environment • Sound know-how in data warehousing as well as SAP BI (BW, BW/4HANA) • Experience with SAP ERP modules (at least two)  • Experience in dealing with global master data • Experience in project management, ideally with agile methods • Strong communication skills and a confident appearance in an international environment • Fluent German and English skills  Our benefits ## • 40-hour week • Good accessibility from the station and highway • Free parking spaces • At least 5 weeks of vacation • Staff restaurant   • Free coffee drinks from espresso to latte macchiato • Environment with the newest / most modern BI technologies  A world full of possibilities - for our employees and perhaps also for you? ## Silja Kleiner, HR Manager, looks forward to the first contact with you.
