Your tasks ### • Holistic care: You accompany acutely ill, elderly people from admission to discharge, with the goal of restoring their independence step by step • Interdisciplinary cooperation: Together with doctors, therapists (physio, ergo, logo) and the social service, you ensure optimal, holistic treatment • Complex care: You apply your expertise in acute geriatrics, palliative care and rehabilitative care in a targeted manner and continuously develop it • Co-design: You actively contribute your ideas to nursing development and to interdisciplinary case discussions • Promoting & guiding: You accompany trainees and students in everyday life and pass on your knowledge with pleasure Your profile ### • Education: Completed training as Dipl.
