Challenge: • In our workshop at the headquarters in Kirchberg BE, you play a decisive role in the execution of customer-specific maintenance of drives. Your main tasks include disassembly, inspection and repair of electric motors, mechanical overhaul and repair of gearboxes, as well as assembly and testing of the prepared drive systems. • If necessary, you can manufacture the necessary spare parts yourself in a conventional way. Compliance with quality standards as well as documentation of your work carried out are important to you. • We are looking for a committed personality who has completed vocational training as a production mechanic, automation fitter, or in a related field. • You are characterized by technical understanding, manual skills, carefulness, accuracy and quality awareness. • Teamwork, willingness to work independently, interest in new technologies and willingness to continue education are further important qualities that you bring with you.
